Isabelle Chen & The Lumière Team

Opened in 2019 by award-winning stylist Isabelle Chen, Lumière Beauty Lounge was designed from the ground up to be different from the typical busy salon. After 12 years working at luxury salons in Chicago and New York — including a 3-year tenure at a Vogue-featured Soho salon — Isabelle returned to Chicago to build the space she always wished she could work in. Every detail was chosen deliberately: the quiet jazz, the Dyson Supersonic equipment, the single-stylist service model, the Dermalogica facial menu.
