1. Services
Scale Studio Co. provides professional website design and hosting services for small businesses. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Payment & Subscription
Our services are offered on a subscription basis with an optional one-time setup fee. You will not be charged until you review your website preview and choose to proceed. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Website Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of free revision rounds as described on our pricing page. Additional revision rounds may be purchased as add-ons. Revisions must be submitted through your customer dashboard.
4. Ownership & Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it to build and host your website. The website design and code built by Scale Studio Co. remains our intellectual property while your subscription is active.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to host content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, spam, or harmful code
- Is obscene, defamatory, or harassing
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (hosting, CDN, DNS, etc.).
7. Cancellation & Unpublishing
If your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, your website may be unpublished. Your site data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Studio Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
