Service Delivery

We strive to deliver your website within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information and materials. However, delivery times may vary based on project complexity and your responsiveness in providing required content.

Revisions

Your service plan includes a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond your plan's allocation may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your initial survey
• Supply all necessary content, images, and materials promptly
• Respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner

Payment Terms

Pricing

Service fees are based on the pricing tier you select. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

Payment Schedule

Payment terms depend on your selected plan:

• Monthly Plans: Billed monthly in advance
• One-Time Projects: 50% deposit required upfront, remaining 50% due upon completion

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, if we are unable to deliver your website, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing content to us, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of creating and maintaining your website.

Our Work Product

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website and its custom components. However, we retain rights to:

• Reusable code frameworks and templates
• General design methodologies and processes
• Use your website as a portfolio example (with your permission)

Third-Party Assets

Your website may include third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock images) that have their own licensing terms. You are responsible for complying with these licenses.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
• We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions
• We do not warrant that your website will be error-free or uninterrupted
• You are responsible for maintaining your own content backups

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Studio Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• Payment is not received
• Your use of services violates applicable laws
• We discontinue the service

Indemnification
